Lauren Seibert is the Executive Assistant at The Solar Foundation, providing operational and program support to the Executive Director and staff. She has several years of management experience working as an Operations Supervisor on government contracts that promote veteran workforce development and military assistance. The opportunity to advance in a start-up environment has provided a unique perspective and valuable operational knowledge. Previously, Lauren worked as a research intern analyzing military political data with a special concentration on Russian affairs. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Virginia, where she focused on Russian comparative politics and relations.

Lauren Says: “I have spent many hours studying the world and specifically, the actions of the people that reside within its beautiful borders. I have learned that our environment is something personal to each of us, but it is also something which collectively we hold a responsibility to protect and enhance. Working at The Solar Foundation has provided me the opportunity to encourage and deliver a more efficient use of resources to move onto a path of clean and sustainable energy. Our work in reconstructing Puerto Rico’s energy grid has been inspiring, and I am so honored to work beside a dedicated and ambitious team on a mission to move toward a brighter future!”
